Below is custom html but frame is too small on page, must be viewed in full screen, but no great way to exit. Keeps picture where it was when left off.

Below used the Vimeo block and includes video controls at bottom. Used embed code in Vimeo block. first part of html supplied by WP or LD.
Long link used below in what I thought was embed but ended up being Vimeo block. Sometimes does not display video controls right away.
Below is starting out with embed url block and using short link but not short code widget. Once I added the code it changed the block to vimeo
